Welcome to Feathers Fitness! We’re excited to have you as part of our community. These Terms & Conditions outline the expectations, policies, and agreements that apply when using our services, attending sessions, and engaging with our studio and online services.

By accessing, browsing, and/or using the Site, booking a session, purchasing a membership or session pack, or visiting our studio, you agree to these terms.

1. MEMBERSHIPS & SESSION PACKAGES

Memberships

Feathers Fitness offers recurring monthly memberships, renewed every 4 weeks. Memberships provide access to group sessions and exclusive member benefits.

  • The Strong Start – 8 sessions per month

  • The Accelerate – 12 sessions per month

  • The Ultimate Warrior – 16 sessions per month + additional perks

Your membership starts on the date of purchase and will automatically renew every 4 weeks, unless canceled in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.

Session Packages

We offer session packs with a 90-day expiry from the date of purchase:

  • 4 Sessions

  • 8 Sessions

  • 12 Sessions

  • 16 Sessions

Session packs are non-refundable and cannot be shared. Sessions do not roll over after expiry.

2. BOOKING, CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOW POLICY

Booking:

  • All sessions must be booked in advance via our Feathers Fitness booking system.

  • If a session is fully booked, you may join the waitlist and will be notified if a space becomes available.

Cancellations:

  • To avoid losing a session credit, you must cancel at least 12 hours before the class start time.

  • Late cancellations (within 12 hours of the session) will result in a lost session credit.

No-Shows:

  • If you book a session and do not attend, the session credit will be forfeited.

  • Repeated no-shows may result in restricted booking privileges.

3. PAYMENT & BILLING

Recurring Billing (Memberships):

  • Memberships are charged automatically every 4 weeks from the date of sign-up.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure payment details are up to date.

  • If a payment fails, access to sessions will be paused until payment is made.

Session Packs & One-Off Purchases:

  • Payment is required at the time of booking.

  • No refunds or transfers once a purchase has been made.

4. FREEZING OR CANCELING MEMBERSHIPS

Membership Freezes:

  • You may freeze your membership for up to a minimum of 1 week and up to 8 weeks per calendar year.

  • Requests for freezes must be made at least 7 days in advance.

Membership Cancellations:

  • You may cancel your membership at any time with 4 weeks’ notice before your next billing date.

  • Cancellations must be processed by contacting us directly.

  • If you cancel, you will retain access until the end of your paid membership cycle.

5. STUDIO POLICIES & SAFETY

Health & Safety:

  • By attending Feathers Fitness, you confirm you are physically able to participate.

  • If you have any injuries, medical conditions, or movement restrictions, it is your responsibility to inform your instructor before class.

  • If you feel unwell or experience any discomfort during a session, stop immediately and notify a staff member.

Personal Belongings:

  • Feathers Fitness is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please store valuables securely.

Studio Etiquette:

  • Respect our trainers, staff, and fellow members.

  • Arrive on time for your session. If you are late, entry may not be permitted.

  • Clean equipment after use and return any items to their designated place.

6. LIABILITY WAIVER

By attending Feathers Fitness sessions or using our facilities, you agree:

  • You understand that physical exercise carries risks of injury.

  • You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages resulting from your participation.

  • Feathers Fitness, its owners, trainers, and staff are not liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from your use of our facilities or services.

7. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA

Feathers Fitness may take photos/videos during sessions for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to appear in any content, please inform a staff member before your session.

8. CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS

Feathers Fitness reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
